What data am I allowed to store in case of sick leave? (GDPR)
Sick leave (frequency, duration) is not considered as sensitive data under the GDPR framework and is allowed to be stored in solutions such as the TimeMoto suite. TimeMoto is however not an occupational health system, and users are thus prohibited to store any sensitive data (e.g. reasons of sick leave, medical information, etc.) related to the sick leave. TimeMoto is intended as a time attendance, time registration and time scheduling tool for workforce management.
