My TA is visible on the network but not in the TA-software.

 If you can ping the IP address of your terminal and get a reply, or if you can access the web interface of the device, but the software does not find the device, the problem may come from your firewall (or sometimes anti-virus software) blocking the software network communication. Make sure that the Safescan software is authorised to communicate in your firewall.
