Preventing double clocking data (Safescan TA Software)
It can happen users swipe their badge twice when clocking on a terminal, creating two events for the same clocking. It is possible to ignore those double-clocking in the software.
On the top menu bar, click on File, select Settings.
In the clock section of the settings page, select the duration over which you want to ignore double clocking events (from 1s to 60 s).
Save your changes, by clicking on the Save icon on top of the column.
