The "Presence" screen (TimeMoto PC Software)
When you start your TimeMoto PC Software, you will see the Presence screen. Here you can see the current status of your staff.
You can see the most recent clocking status of your users here. Under the column "Present", you can see the following information:

- Out: the user's last clocking status was "Out". The user is most likely not present.
- In: the user's last clocking status was "In". The user is most likely present
- Break: the user's last clocking status was "Break". This means the user is on break, and might be in or outside of the office (depending on your company policy).
- Return: the user's last clocking status was "Return". The user has most likely ended their break and is back in the office.
The "Present" column provideds you with an indication. It is possible that the data is not up-to-date. This can happen under the following circumstances:
- Attendance data from the device has not been synchronised
- he user has forgot to clock at the device
- You synchronise data by USB stick.
