Calculate vacation data in days (Safescan TA Software)
It is possible now to switch between the hourly calculation of the vacation or calculate it in days.
If you switch from the hourly calculation of the vacation to the days calculation. The system will converted every 8 hours of vacation to 1 day. If by any change the calculation is wrong, because your employee only works 36 hours a week. You are still able to modify his vacation days manually in the User section of the Software.
Navigate to File and select Preferences.
You will find under the header Vacation, the Vacation Manager, where you can choose to manage the vacation in hours or in days.
